Cara Zikir Ya Latif

1. Setiap lepas solat wirid Ya Latif (يا لطيف) 129X dan hendaklah membilangnya dengan jari bukan dengan biji tasbih.

2. Cara zikir guna jari ialah:

1) Dimulai dengan tangan kanan iaitu jari kelingking sehingga ibu jari dengan 4 kali pusingan iaitu cukup sebanyak 60X. Satu pusingan 15X dengan satu ruas jari 3X zikir.

2) Diulangi lagi 4 pusingan maka bertambah bilangan menjadi 120X (15X darab 8 pusingan). Dan dicukupkan 9X lalu menjadilah 129X.

3. Cara menyebutnya ialah - Ya Latif Ya Latif Ya Latifu (يا لطيفْ يا لطيفْ يا لطيفُ) yakni pada lafaz pertama dan kedua dimatikan huruf Fa’ tersebut dan pada sebutan ketiga di dhommahkan huruf Fa’ tersebut. Begitulah diulangi pada setiap ruas jari yang tiga itu.

4. Apabila selesai wirid maka hendaklah mengucap ayat 19 dari Surah al-Syura ini 7X:

اللَّهُ لَطِيفٌ بِعِبَادِهِ يَرْزُقُ مَنْ يَشَاءُ وَهُوَ الْقَوِيُّ الْعَزِيزُ (١٩) سورة الشورى

Ertinya: Allah Maha Lembut tadbirNya (serta melimpah-limpah kebaikan dan belas kasihanNya) kepada hamba-hambaNya; Ia memberi rezeki kepada sesiapa yang dikehendakiNya (menurut peraturan yang telah ditetapkan), dan Dia lah Yang Maha Kuat, lagi Maha Kuasa.۝

5. Kemudian berdoalah agar dimurahkan rezeki dan dibukakan pintu-pintu rezeki.

Solat Dhuha 1

Bilangan Solat Sunat Dhuha ialah 2, 4, 8 dan 12. Antara amalan murah rezeki yang paling ampuh. Bacaan dalam solat sebanyak 8 rakaat dengan 4 salam rakaat selepas Fatihah:

Rakaat Ketiga: [الشرح]

Rakaat Keempat: [النصر]

Rakaat Kelima: [الزلزلة]

Doa Solat Dhuha selepas puji-pujian ke atas Allah dan selawat salam ke atas Rasul SAW.

يا باَسِطُ [10X]، ابْسُطْ عَلَيْناَ الْخَيْرَ وَالرِّزْقَ، وَوَفِّقْناَ ِلإِصَابَةِ الصَّواَبِ وَالْحَقِّ، وزَيِّناَّ بِاْلإِخْلاَصِ والصِّدْقِ، وأَعِذْناَ مِنْ شَرِّ الْخَلْقِ، واخْتِمْ لَناَ بِالْحُسْنَى في لُطْفٍ وعَافِيَةٍ، اللهم إِنَّ الضُّحاَءَ ضُحاَؤُكَ، والْبَهَاءَ بَهَاؤُكَ، والْجَمَالَ جَمَالُكَ، والْقُوَّةَ قُوَّتُكَ، والْقُدْرَةَ قُدْرَتُكَ، والسُّلْطاَنَ سُلْطاَنُكَ، والعَظَمَةَ عَظَمَتُكَ، والعِصْمَةَ عِصْمَتُكَ، اللهم إِنْ كَانَ رِزْقِي الْحِسِّيُّ وَالْمَعْنَوِيُّ الْقَالَبِيُّ وَالْقَلْبِيُّ الرُّوْحِيُّ وَالسِّرِّيُّ الدِّيْنِيُّ وَالدُّنْيَوِيُّ الْبَرْزَخَيُّ وَاْلأُخْرَوِيُّ وَأَحْبَابِي وَالْمُسْلِمِيْنَ أَبَداً في السماءِ فَأَنْزِلْهُ، وإِنْ كَانَ فِي اْلأَرْضِ فَأَخْرِجْهُ، وإنْ كان بَعِيْداً فَقَرِّبْهُ، وإنْ كان قَلِيْلاً فَكَثِّرْهُ، وإنْ كان مَعْدُوْماً فَأَوْجِدْهُ، وإنْ كان حَرَاماً فَطَهِّرْهُ، بِحَقِّ ضُحَائِكَ وبَهَائِك وجَمَالِك وقُوَّتِك وقُدْرَتِك وسُلْطَانِك وعَظَمَتِك وعِصْمَتِك، اللهم آتِنَا فِي كُلِّ حِيْنٍ أبَداً أفْضَلَ ما تُؤْتِي عِبَادَكَ الصالحينَ فِي كُلِّ حِيْنٍ مَعَ الْعَافِيَةِ التَّامَّةِ في الدَّارَيْنِ.

Selawat Ismul A’zam

Selawat ini digubah oleh Wali Allah Syeikh Muhammad Taqiyuddin al-Dimasyqi al-Hanbali (سيدي العارف بالله محمد تقي الدين الحنبلي الدمشقي). Padanya yakni pada selawat ini asrar jalilah sebagaimana diucapkan oleh Syeikh Taqiyuddin q.s:

1. Mewiridkan 100X setiap hari akan masukkan ia dalam ahlinya yakni menjadi wali Allah ia dengan izin Allah SWT.

2. Wirid 1000X dibukakan pintu rezeki dan mengetahui hal ghaib.

3. Wirid 1000X pada malam Sabtu dengan niat mengajar, memusnah orang zalim, insya’ Allah tertolong ia.

4. Untuk halang perompak, berdiri lalu jabat tanah pada kaki kiri dan dibaca selawat 7X dan dilempar.

5. Baca 7X untuk mengembalikan barang yang hilang atau orang lari dari rumah selama seminggu.

6. Untuk sebarang sakit seperti demam boleh dibaca 7X dengan didahului al-Fatihah pada air mawar buat mandi. Atau pada air biasa dibuat minum.

7. Ditulis lalu dipampang dinding kedai sebagai pelaris atau pada barang nak dijual nescaya cepat laku.

8. Ingin bertemu Nabi SAW dan Nabi Khidir a.s dalam mimpi hendaklah diwirid 100X selama 40 hari.

9. Untuk istikharah dibaca 100X agar mendapat petunjuk yang baik.

اللهم إني أسئلك بِاسْمِكَ اْلأَعْظَمِ الْمَكُتُوبِ مِنْ نُوْرِ وَجْهِكَ اْلأَعْلَى الْمُؤَبَّدِ الدَّائِمِ الْبَاقِي الْمُخَلَّدِ في قَلْبِ نبيك ورسولك محمدٍ [صلى الله عليه وسلم]، وَأَسْئَلُكَ بِاسْمِكَ اْلأعْظَمِ الْوَاحِدِ بِوَحْدَةِ اْلأَحَدِ الْمُتَعَالِي عَنْ وَحْدَةِ الْكَمِّ وَالْعَدَدِ الْمُقَدَّسِ عَنْ كُلِّ أَحَدٍ،

وَبِحَقِّ [بسم الله الرحمن الرحيم، قل هو الله أحد، الله الصمد، لم يلد ولم يولد، ولم يكن له كفوا أحد]

أَنْ تُصَلِّيَ على سيدنا محمدٍ [صلى الله عليه وسلم] سِرِّ حَيَاةِ الْوُجُوْدِ وَالسَّبَبِ اْلأَعْظَمِ لِكُلِّ [مَوْجُوْدٍ/وُجُودٍ] صلاةً تُثَبِّتُ في قَلْبِي اْلإيْمَانَ، وَتُحَفِّظْنِي الْقُرْآنَ، [وَتُفَهِّمُنِي/وفهمني] مِنْهُ اْلآيَاتِ، وَتَفْتَحُ لِي بِهَا نُوْرَ الْجَنَّاتِ وَنُوْرَ النَّعِيْمِ وَنُوْرَ النَّظَرِ إلى وَجْهِكَ الْكَرِيْمِ وعلى آله وصحبه وَسَلِّمْ.

Ertinya: Ya Allah, aku mohon dengan asmaMu yang agung, yang tertulis dari cahaya wajahMu yang Maha Tinggi dan Maha Besar, yang Kekal dan Abadi, di dalam qalbu Rasul dan NabiMu Muhammad SAW, aku memohon dengan asmaMu yang Agung dan Esa dengan kesatuan yang manunggal, yang Maha Agung dari kesatuan jumlah, dan yang Maha Suci dari setiap sesuatu dan dengan haq ... (Surah al-Ikhlas) ...

Semoga Engkau melimpahkan selawat kepada junjungan kami Muhammad SAW, rahsia kehidupan yang ada, sebab terbesar bagi semua yang ada, dengan selawat yang menetapkan iman dalam hatiku dan mendorongku agar menghafalkan al-Quran, memberikan pemahaman bagiku tentang ayat-ayatNya, membukakan bagiku cahaya syurga dan cahaya nikmat, serta cahaya pandangan kepada wajahMu yang mulia. Ganda Kekuatan Seperti Gajah

Ayat ini diamalkan oleh pengamal yang ingin melipat gandakan seperti kekuatan sekawan gajah. Bermakna sekali tumbuk rebah tak bangun dah bahkan boleh jadi gila. Ikut tertib diamalkan 7X selepas solat fardhu.

كَمْ مِنْ فِئَةٍ قَلِيلَةٍ غَلَبَتْ فِئَةً كَثِيرَةً بِإِذْنِ اللهِ

Ertinya: Berapa banyak (yang pernah terjadi), golongan yang sedikit berjaya menewaskan golongan yang banyak dengan izin Allah. [Surah al-Baqarah: 249]

Tips Mencari Lawyer

Soalan :

Saya ada kemusykilan dalam memilih firma guaman di mana dalam ebook ada mengatakan pilihlah firma guaman yang merupakan panel kepada bank yang memberi loan kepada kita tapi kita belum dapat tahu lagi bank mana sebab untuk apply loan kena ada sekurang-kurangnya draft S&P dulu, so macamana?

Cara AE :

Kebiasaannya sebelum kita membuat permohonan pinjaman, kita biasanya akan membuat survey terlebih dahulu tentang bank manakah yang menawarkan pakej pinjaman yang paling menarik, betul tak? Semasa kita membuat survey, pastikan juga list of their panel lawyers berada di dalam genggaman kita. Sebagai contoh, jika 3 buah bank yang kita survey, maka perlulah ada 3 list of panel lawyers yang akan kita perolehi dan menjadi satu kebiasaan juga, out of that 3 banks pasti kita mempunyai pilihan bank kita sendiri yang menawarkan pakej pinjaman paling menarik. Mengambil contoh Bank A sebagai pilihan pertama kita sebelum diikuti dengan Bank B dan Bank C. Ini bermakna sekiranya pinjaman kita diluluskan oleh ketiga-tiga bank tersebut maka sudah pasti Bank A yang akan menjadi pilihan kita. Untuk itu sudah semestinya sedari awal lagi kita sudah boleh memilih lawyer firm yang menjadi panel kepada Bank A. Walaubagaimanapun suka aku nak ingatkan selain daripada list of panel lawyers yang perlu korang minta, satu lagi tips yang ingin aku berikan ialah, cuba ajukan soalan berikut kepada banker tersebut :

“Your bank boleh pakai lawyer ad-hoc tak?”

Jika jawapannya “BOLEH”, maka korang tak perlu risau dengan persoalan di atas kerana ia membawa maksud walaupun korang punya lawyer S&P tidak berada di dalam list of their panel lawyers tetapi lawyer S&P korang tu masih lagi dibenarkan untuk mengendalikan segala urusan loan documentation bank tersebut. So, chill beb!!!!

1. Windshield should be rainproof

It is advisable by car manufacturer to replace your windshield blade every three months to protect the longevity of the wipers. Spares can be kept in the truck for future usage. Besides, usage of products such as Rain Clear can also minimize the usage of the wiper, simply by spraying it onto the windshield few weeks once, it will washed away the rain drops effortlessly. Also practice minimum usage of wiper to prolong the longevity of it.

2. Minimize washing your car yourself

The amount of water used when you wash your car is approximately 20 times more then a professional car wash. Therefore, according to environmentalist, it is better to visit a professional car washing company than to do-it-yourself. Also, according to a research done by the University of Texas, it is confirmed that if you wash your car by yourself, the tendency of scratching it is higher. Plus such scratches will have a depth of one tenth of the paint’s total thickness.

3. Avoid distractions

While driving, we tend to come across various distractions, for instance, the switching of radio channel, dialing of number from your phone, replying a text messages, or even eating. It is recorded that when you are performing such actions, your eyes will tend to focus on your hand, thus distract you from looking at the road, thus increasing the tendency of road accidents. As documented, we need 5.5 seconds to switch a radio station channel. Besides, dialing a phone will triples you risk in meeting a car accident while reaching for an object raises it nine times. Replying a text is the worst of all, because when you are carrying out such activity, the chances of you meeting with an accident increased by 23 times. Therefore, it is crucial to eliminate all distraction while cruising. Better safe then sorry!

Drivers that have higher seats often feel that they are moving slowly due to the high centre of gravity. Therefore, by lowering the seats, and by pulling the centre of gravity lower drivers will click softly at the oil paddle as they feel that they are moving faster than expected. Therefore, it is proven that the higher you are the faster you will drive, hence to feel the power of speed, lower your seats and enjoy the momentum while moving forward!
